  • Processors These are your front-line reviewers who handle about 90% of applications. They:

    • Handle all communication with applicants

    • Collect and verify documents and data

    • Flag any complex, unclear, or suspicious situations

  • Head of Underwriting Oversees the entire processing team and steps in when judgment or nuance is required. Responsibilities include:

    • Handling escalations

    • Making complex decisions

    • Ensuring quality control

    • Acting as the final authority on borderline cases

  • Legal / Attorney Network Our legal partners are available for specialized scenarios involving:

    • State-specific regulations

    • Fair housing compliance

    • ADA and reasonable accommodation requests

    • Unusual or high-risk circumstances

Team Hours & Coverage

We operate 8 hours per day, 7 days per week, with coverage even on most holidays (excluding Christmas and New Year’s Day).

Response times:
