Household Statuses

Overview of Started, Submitted and In Review Statuses

Started - Primary applicant has submitted an application but co-applicants have not

Submitted - All members of the household have submitted an application

In Review - Rentzap is reviewing the household

Overview of Waiting on Seeker, Denied, Abandoned, Withdrawn and Approvable statuses

Waiting on seeker - Rentzap is requesting one or more items from the applicant in order to complete underwriting

Denied - The household did not meet the listing requirements

Abandoned - The household stopped responding after three days or more

Withdrawn - The household has asked to remove their application

Approvable - The household meets the listing criteria
