What happens when a household is approvable

• Rentzap emails you the household's evaluation report and and updates the household status to Approvable

• Rentzap emails the household that they are approvable and first in line and let's them know you will reach out to them

• You will review the evaluation report and reach out to the primary applicant with your next steps to pay and sign the lease
