Pricing
Rentzap is free of cost for property managers with 100 doors or more.
We charge $75/mo for property managers with less than 100 doors
We charge a non-refundable application fee to adult applicants, typically between $55-65 depending on the market.
Applicants are able to "re-use" their Rentzap application without any additional costs across available listing on our platform for up to 60 days.
